Life is a journey, but it can also be a war. There is an enemy in this world seeking to steal yours and my destiny, success and joys in life.
One of the biggest weapons the enemy uses in this war is the fear bomb.
I am sure you have been hit with this bomb at some time or another during your journey through life. It often comes when a sudden “what if” thought hits your mind. You know those “what if this happens” or “what if this does not work out”, “what will happen if …. ” etc.
And if you entertain such thoughts for one second – WHAM! The fear bomb hits and you find you find yourself starting to fear the worst.
So how can you avoid this bomb?
It all depends on your daily focus!
Yes, once again I find myself thinking about this word focus. It seems I can’t get away from it this week. Today it is in the context of habitual focus.
Habitual focus?
Yes, the question for today is: What do you (and I) focus on habitually?
- Are you forming the habit of always focusing on looking for solutions?
- Do you seek to always focus on and expect miracles?
- When difficulties arise, do you see them as opportunities to receive yet another miracle? Do you REALLY expect to see that miracle?
or
Do you focus on the problems and start expecting (and fearing) the worst?
I am training my thoughts to focus on solutions and miracles, and to always look for the good in everything.
How about you?
